Red peacock murders, the

Hours before the gas-chamber execution of a man convicted of hacking to death a California family 20 years ago, a reporter tries to stop the execution by convincing the only survivor of the grisly attack that the man might have been framed by law enforcement, with the help of her newspaper. Meanwhile, a ghastly apparition watches and waits, seeking its own kind of justice.
