Each and every person that reads this short but terse rendition of my book, that truly understands the plight that exists within the world of the inner cities' poor, depressed, and impoverished communities, must truly try to comprehend the urgency that exists there. It’s most obvious. The distraught suffering, pain, and family separatism, that had culminated among the needy for generations, had taken place for years and years; and, unless we seek to take strides to instill the needed intervention that's required to nullify it, the cycle of poverty will continue to vertiginously spiral out of control, if it remains the way that it is, unencumbered, unseen, unnoticed, and unannounced, as usual. We, as a whole, have an obligation, now, far more than ever before, to try to assess this most urgent matter; and, to try to find ways cumulatively to rectify it. Therefore, united as one, we must take action; and, take part in a conjoined effort to try to find a "once and for all resolution" to this inhumane condition, by correcting the failed policies of our governmental officials that refuse to visualize or "fix" the tumultuous disparity that exists within the world of the downtrodden. The cycle of poverty remains unabated, and without any formal intervention by our politicians. So, because of this fact alone, that I refuse to accept with folded arms, I have taken it upon myself to design the necessary legal protocol, laws, policies, and parameters, that must be met, designed, and integrated within the political structure, and framework, that must be implemented in order to change the landscape of this situation. I have laid out a direct, succinct, strict, and concise plan that had been devised, not just to treat the superficial symptoms of poverty; but, it attacks it at its root causation.
We must not be forced to turn a blind eye toward the lost world of the downtrodden any longer. We mustn't continue to fail to heal the wounds of the impoverished, depressed; and, the suffering child. Open your own eyes wide enough so that you yourself could see the restraints of political servitude that exists to holds them down, and that forces them to remain within this cyclical roller coaster of endless squaller, and defeat. You could see it all around, everywhere, and anywhere that you would look; even within your own backyards, and neighborhoods. It has gone on far too long, and long enough. We must make an effort to force ourselves to comply to the terms and conditions that I had set forth herein this document, that will eventually lead to the elimination of poverty, suffering and human disparity. Our voices must be heard here, everywhere, and all around this world, for all of humanity to hear. Spread the word. Tell your local politicians, congressmen, senators; and, anyone, and everyone else that you know, to read this book, so that they could hopefully see how the plight of poverty could be solved once and for all. If and when this change takes effect, the world will be a much better place for us all.
