    If you are looking for some great recipes that are healthy you should definitely get this eBook! I have been recently diagnosed with allergies and need to change some of the foods in my diet. This book is going to be so helpful, especially since I want to start eating healthier as well. I love to throw food in my slow cooker and go about my day.
