Happy Easter!
This week we begin with a zombie outbreak seen from a most unusual viewpoint. We follow this with the story of Peter Sheldon-Norris, a timid man who relies on the assistance of The Box. Next comes the first season of Joseph Rubas’ spoof of a certain well-known apocalyptic TV series, and after that is Mark Slade’s screenplay of the audio tale Atomic Playboy.
In A Story of the Stone Age, our prehistoric protagonists encounter a cave bear. Robert W Chambers invites us to The Street of the Four Winds, and Robert E Howard presents a story of atavistic racial animosity in The Children of the Night. 20, 00 Leagues under the Sea, Captain Nemo is angry, and finally in Witch Wood, David sees Melanudrigill by daylight.
It’s only a couple of weeks off Schlock’s fifth anniversary, so anyone who wants to have their stories published in the anniversary edition (which will also be available in paperback), send them to editro@schlock.co.uk straightaway!
Now available from www.lulu.com, we have the February-March edition of Schlock Bi Monthly.
