Seeing europe as a traveler, not a “tourist”
Sobre
After retiring from a writing-based career, Dennis Glaser enjoyed a few years on his Tennessee farm, then sold it and moved to France. And began exploring his surroundings and many other European locales. He recorded his travels in his journals, which he shares in this book. As the title indicates, Glaser preferred to travel the continent seeking person-to-person contacts, rather than merely visiting the tourist sites. Previously, Glaser published a memoir, A Geezer?s Guide to the Universe. (Xlibris 2002) And he has published his volume of songs and poetry recently, titled Rhymes Without Reason: For Better or for Verse.
