Spoils of the game

Austin Clay pursues a dream of his dead wife who wanted to rescue aging artworks in Europe.  At the Louver, he meets Madeline who captures his attention and leads him to an elderly priest who tells them of art stolen by the Nazis that is hidden in an old barn. A study of the recovered works suggests that it may hold clues to a five hundred year old mystery and a possible fortune. The French underworld learns of their plans and in the end, four people are dead.  Some win and some loose and the winners are a surprise.
