A mountain biking enthusiast, Ben, is riding a familiar trail when he enters a unique formation of trees. As he exits the trees, he is transported through time to the year 1864 where he is captured by a group of confederate army soldiers representing the Sixteenth Infantry of Georgia. How he arrived at his present location is a mystery to not only him, but the bedraggled search party of men and their wounded leader.
Unbeknownst to Ben, he is found in their camp vicinity and is escorted to the camp leader’s tent to explain why. These men do not know what to make of their captive who they cannot peg as a spy or scout. If he was not sneaking through the foliage to collect intel on the opposing army, does that mean he is only a visitor? Why was he there?
