I wrote this book because I suffered for over 30 years with Lyme disease. I want to help others understand what this disease does to a person and how to deal with it. I want to give people options of where to go for help and information. I hope to help them figure out why they keep getting diagnosed with other diseases that don't seem to relate but they do. Labs that are reliable for diagnosing Lyme. Your frustration with this disease is understandable. Your family does not understand and thinks you are making it all up. You can contract Lyme from almost any insect that may bite you as they can be carriers of the Lyme disease. Most people are not aware of the fact that other insects can give you Lyme. So even if you haven't been bit by a Tick you can still have Lyme and not know it.
