In the year 200 I quit the best job I ever had in order to realize a life long dream. I was 67 years old and I was going to walk the famous Appalacian Trail at last! This is my story. Bears and snakes, wild ponies, a huge skunk and pets, murders and bank robbers are all in these stories that made those five months the most memorable time in my life.
