ATTENTION: THIS IS THE PROLOGUE+INTRO+FIRST CHAPTER OF THE HISTORICAL THRILLER 'THE FOURTH REICH'. EVERY WEEK WE WILL UPLOAD THE NEXT CHAPTER.

The most well kept Nazi secret is revealed.
James Williams, from Time Magazine, reaches middle age at risk at his job when a younger journalist wins the Pulitzer Prize. In search for the success of the past had he decides to write the story of his life: a profile of Nazi officers who were not sentenced to death at the Nuremberg trial and finds that in 1987, only one was still alive: Rudolf Hess.
In the journey of knowledge of Hess's world he discovers well kept secrets for decades: secret societies, unknown Nazi technologies, buried treasure and the largest and most kept of all secrets. But the truth comes at a price and Williams was not prepared to pay it.

    Opinion:
I was impressed with the plot. In a brief narrative M.A Costa tales us to a universe which he says is fiction, but seems too real. While reading I felt transported to the old days of the big press investigative. The floor of the Times magazine, Berlin still separated in two distinct sides, and a conspiracy revolving themes of the 2nd War that would easily fit in a James Bond movie.

Reading flowed very quickly and within minutes I could not take my eyes off my Kindle. The author presents us with several footnotes, photographs, files and facts that really happened and that makes the book even more interesting.
Like any book on mysteries and conspiracies it had to have a lot of action and, my friends, this book is packed with action!
    Blog: freaking out with words

Difficult to write about a thriller giving spoilers ... but here goes. A journalistic thriller mixed with some science fiction. I wanted to read throughout the week, but when Rudolf Hess spoke of the bell, I had to stop everything and read straight through to the end. While it is clear that the author spent lot of time researching both the historical and scientific part, he does not spend time explaining in detail the "scientific possibility" of the fiction. This is good because the story is focused on the main character, his feelings and discoveries that he makes throughout the book.

If you combine a detective novel with a good dose of history, action and journalism, you will find this book. (...) The book is full of dramas that make the reader increasingly interested. And also, It has some disturbing scenes which leave no room for anything else other than your complete concentration. (...)
