    Taken from the original court transcript this volume covers the proceedings from 16th April to 1st May, 1946 and represents an essential primary source for scholars and general readers alike. The transcripts are complete and contain the whole of the proceedings as taken from the original court documents.
    This volume continues the trial of Alfred Rosenberg, one of the very first members of Nazi party, and also includes the testimonies of Nazis such as Wilhelm Frick, Hans Frank and Dr. Hjalmar Schacht in their respective continuing trials.
    The volume also contains important evidence from witnesses including Rudolf Bilfinge, who participated in the discussion of the “Final Solution” in the Wannsee Conference in 1942, and Dr. Kurt von Burgsdor who was the governor of a district in Krakow under Frank and a district leader of the NSDAP.
