Three Works on Alchemy (English Edition)

This little book contains three short alchemical manuscripts from the 1th and 17th centuries. All three have been rendered into modern English.

First there is the Immortal Liquor; Alkahest, of Philalethes, showing the nature of and creation of the infamous precursor to the stone of the philosophers. Second to this is a tract on the Everburning Lights of Trithemius- a second-hand account of his phosphorescent capabilities. Finally, there is Pontanus' Philosophic Fire, containing the secret of the alchemical process with regards to the secretive and all-important fire used during the work itself.
