Ryan Dawson, a custom home builder in Prescott, AZ visits a quarry north of Paulden seeking material to landscape his latest spec home. Instead of finding suitable material, he finds the quarry filled with metal barrels some of which are leaking. Concern that the barrels have been placed there illegally and pose a potential problem to the groundwater table, Ryan notifies the National Forest Service of his discovery. An investigation into the content and source of the barrels leads to unexpected consequences for all those involved.
