When Tom's Dad loses his job he goes a bit crazy. Coming out of it, he takes Tom and his Mum on a beach holiday.
Imagine Tom's excitement when he becomes friends with the owner of the best ride in the local fairground and gets to ride for free. The only down side is when he goes to the beach and finds a polluted, rubbish strewn mess. He also finds out the pollution is caused by the local councillors who have helped create beings, called Toxix, that feed off the mess and kill everything else in the Sea.
Pursued by these monsters Tom ends up joining forces with the submarine fleet from Atlantis to clean up the Sea.
Will they succeed and will the guilty Councillors end up behind bars?
