Here Is A Preview Of What You'll Learn...

Transcendental meditation has been proven not only capable of helping to remedy mental and psychological complications but also social, emotional, physical and physiological complications. By tackling the source of so many modern complications – stress, anxiety and depression, transcendental meditation becomes a wholesome remedy to many of our daily challenges.
This book is going to provide you with key information that you really need to start off on a stress-free journey to unleashing your full potential, boosting your self-esteem, achieving your inner peace, joy and happiness through transcendental meditation.

Transcendental meditation is practiced by quietly and effortlessly thinking a mantra (sound).
    For transcendental meditation to be effective, the following have to be right;
    •The environment
    •The Posture
    •The attire
    •The Mantra
    •The Technique

    Create the right environment
The environment needs to be a quite environment that allows you to enter that level of quietude. It should be an environment that avoids distraction of your mind as you go through the mantra.
    Have the right Posture
Unlike other meditation techniques, posture is not so emphasized. However, for you to achieve that required mental level of quietude, your posture should not be straining or stressful.
    Wear the right attire
You attire should be comfortable – not a one that makes you feel stressed up. It shouldn’t be too tight. It shouldn’t be contrary to the general weather condition, that is, it should not make you feel hot or cold, but just enough to help you feel natural.
    Utter the right mantra
Mantra is the core part of transcendental meditation. This is why transcendental meditation is sometimes referred to as ‘Mantra Meditation’.
Mantras are not just any kind of sound but a special kind of sound where emphasis is placed on the effect of vibration on your mind while uttering them. Mantra follows certain kind of phonetic patterns that have been practiced over ages and proven to have certain desired effect on the mind.

This book works a a meditation workbook helping mindfulness techniques and mindful mediation . Transcendental Meditation is a way of enlightenment experiences.
Transcendental meditation to boost mental attention
Whichever activity you do, it is always known that focusing increases your attention to it. Your mind, undisturbed roams randomly aimless. Meditation allows your mind to focus on the present thus increasing your attention to that which is happening now. Anything that you give great attention to is better understood than that which is not. However, unlike concentration meditation where the technique is to ‘forcefully’ focus attention, transcendental meditation allows this to happen effortlessly by simply providing conducive condition in the mind for that to happen.
Transcendental meditation to increase brain power
Physicists always say that power is energy in action. Brain power is no exception. To increase power, just as in light rays or electric current, it needs to be harnessed and focused towards a certain given direction. This works the same way with your brain power.
Transcendental meditation helps to increase brain power by harnessing and focusing your mental energy towards a particular end – beyond the superficial thought patterns created through past experience, schooling and such imposed
