Twilight of an artist

As a young man, Leon Bell and six other artists burst on the West Coast art scene. Dubbed the "Gritty City Seven" they were given a group art show and promoted by a new gallery owner, Curt Brunnel. Years have passed, the once close group has long since dispersed, and Leon is now the sole surviving member. An aging artist, he has remained with the Brunnel Gallery all these years, forging a successful career. The Brunnel Gallery closes and devastated, Leon confronts the end of his painting career.
