Using Prognostic Evidence from PHM Developed on the GPS Program to Predict Terrorists with Certainty (English Edition)

Describes the application of prognostics and health management (PHM) technology to predicting terrorists with certainty using prognostic evidence created from completing a prognostic analysis in a victim-based crime scene analysis.
