WHAT AM I? The Story of an Abstract Painting is designed and written by a visual artist. The illustrations are based on the original oil painting, Landreach (1993, oil and graphite on cotton canvas, 68'x90'). This book is the story of Color, Line and Shape who develop a friendship and join together and help the reader understand the creation of an abstract painting. The story encourages readers of all ages to be more imaginative about what things ought to look like and more open to what things can look like. The book includes five fun art activities for the promising young artist.
