There was so much pressure, and even with my scholarship, I could barely afford it. So when a D in history class jeopardizes my scholarship, I go to my professor for some extra credit. After my first visit, I was so nervous about seeing him again, and I almost waited too late! Professor Scott makes his unhappiness apparent in class and directs me to come see him in his office before the end of the day.
