What you are about to read is my story as a father, basketball coach, mentor, basketball camp director, and basketball training. I hope you are entertained by my journey and find similarities with yours. The most valueable lesson I have learn on my journey is that you can’t cheat the process. Meaning you can’t dedicate yourself to the process one day and stop working the next day. The process requires, discipling, dedication, perseverance and that you show up. A process is defined as a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end and the discipline to work the process is a learned, valuable skill.
