I am a law student in Canada who is a victim of Zersetzung which Is a repressive technique originally devised by the East German Stasi, but has now been co-opted for use in non-communist countries. Zersetzung involves highly illegal and inhumane tactics designed to damage the victim’s reputation and personal relationships. This is the reason that Zersetzung needs to be carried out with utmost secrecy because knowledge of its full extent would shock the general public.
I have no criminal record and have been a patriotic and law-abiding citizen all my life. Once individuals are placed on the Zersetzung list, they will be on it for the rest of their lives even if they were mistakenly placed on the list.
In a democratic country, this is a big problem. There is no oversight of the process in regards to who gets placed on the Zersetzung list. Moreover, a victim of Zersetzung cannot ask to see his file and dispute any accusations made against him. As a result, there needs to be reform in this area.
Zersetzung is a sinister program that destroys the lives of innocent people. This is the reason that oversight is so greatly needed. This is especially important in a country that prides itself on its democracy.
To learn about Zersetzung, the best place to start would be the Zersetzung entry at Wikipedia. If you visit the Zersetzung entry at Wikipedia you will find a large number of credible references listed at the bottom of the entry from academic scholars to reputable newspapers.
One particular aspect of Zersetzung that I would like to highlight here is the use of altered photos and videos to slander the victim in order to ruin personal relationships that the target is in. This is a proven tactic that the Zersetzung collaborators use. This tactic is discussed in several parts of the Zersetzung entry at Wikipedia.
Regarding the tactic discussed above, the Zersetzung collaborators routinely arrange to have shady characters go out of their way to stand next to me. Often times, there will be two or more actors that perform compromising actions who seem overly eager to have me included in the frame. Instructions are relayed to their smartphones and tablets via text messages and audio via practically invisible earpieces. The resulting photos and videos are then used as is or altered to slander me.
You may be asking yourself, “Why should I care about Zersetzung and its lack of oversight?”
Zersetzung can happen to anybody. It can happen to you, a loved one, or a close friend. It is basically a life sentence with no appeal process. This is especially tragic when the individual placed on the Zersetzung list is innocent and should not have been placed on it in the first place.
Zersetzung is clearly going on in Canada. I can personally confirm that it is occurring with numerous parallels to the Zersetzung program originally developed by the East German Stasi.
Until there is legislative reform, this program will continue to destroy innocent lives. Hopefully, innocent victims of Zersetzung will not have long to wait.
