At this time, in several garages around the world, some of the future robots that will inhabit the earth, if we may say so, are being created. Of course, the garage itself is just a metaphor, and may also be an advanced laboratory for a company, or a room for a student or future scientist, if not literally a garage.
After all, many of the most innovative information technology products, or intelligence technology, as I consider most current to refer, were created just in common environments, by minds and brains uncommon.
And when I refer to robots, there is no paradigm of its form, i.e., it can be simply a software, or a firmware, or a microcontroller, or a micro device, or something else based on IoT, or a humanoid, or an industrial arm or mechanical manipulator, or a smartphone, or an unmanned aerial vehicle or UAV, or cloud servers, etc., etc.
Or even a hybrid of all this, such as a robot controlling other robots.
What we will initially seek, in fact, will be to discover in the garages precisely the problem or need that these robots seek to address, after exploring their features and how they can be materialized in some way. That is, in this series of books, we will try to open the doors of these garages, in a virtual way, evidently, using only the keys of the imagination.
Being very optimistic, perhaps some of these ideas that I will present, on each book of this series, are so new that the garage does not exist yet, i.e., no one has even thought about the idea, much less is working on it. In fact, there is no way to be sure of this, unless you find something similar published or recorded somewhere. Since I would not be able to do a survey with this extension, in this case, feel free to do your own research and if it is the case start your own project in your own garage, if you considers it relevant.
And, being very pessimistic, perhaps none of these ideas are so new or even feasible, despite our big efforts to prevent this happening.
Anyway, as the series will not end in this first book, one hour we get there!
