There is no dearth of solutions of UPSC Civil Service Exam question papers. But there is indeed a vacuum when aspirants wants to practice the past year papers.
Let us explain what we have done to make this book a practice book.
Part 1
1. Every question contains a hint.
2. Hint has pictures with a short write up.
3. Both the picture and short write up shall help you gain knowledge about that question.
4. From the gained knowledge, aspirant can very easily pin point a right choice.
5. Now whether that choice is correct or not is given in the next page itself. The aspirant need not go to the last page to see the solution.
Part 2
1. We have divided 100 questions into 10 chapters.
2. Each chapter contains 10 questions.
3. In this way you can practice 10 questions without getting bored or disheartened.
Caution
Since UPSC has not till date published the solutions we have relied on various websites for hints and write up.
We have taken abundant care that all that is given are true and reliable

Under Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Commission is, inter-alia, required to be consulted on all matters relating to recruitment to civil services and posts. The functions of the Commission under Article 320 of the Constitution are:
Conduct examinations for appointment to the services of the Union.
Direct recruitment by selection through interviews.
Appointment of officers on promotion / deputation / absorption.
Framing and amendment of Recruitment Rules for various services and posts under the Government.
Disciplinary cases relating to different Civil Services.
Advising the Government on any matter referred to the Commission by the President of India.
